Warmest Affection from Ben XVI!

"...and to you, dear vaticanisti, I greet you with my warmest affection upon your return from the mission lands! May your noble work continue under the providential hand of the Almighty."

Thanks, Georg. You are the greatest.

Is 'Georg' the Gorgeous Georg, he who was labeled on an Italian gay website 'the cutie beside the Pope'?

Well, we weren't referring to Benedict's elder brother. And, for the record, we're not as enthralled, infatuated, etc. with "Gorgeous Georg" as is our compadre Rock over at Whispers in the Loggia. Georg is a good lookin' guy, though. Oh, and Anonymous, best not be browsing anymore gay Italian websites...its not good for your spiritual health.

I have NOT been browsing gay websites. I just read about that in an article about the stir Msgr. Gaenswein is making in Rome. But I apologize for bringing up gay websites.

By the way, Fr. Georg Ratzinger was rushed to hospital because of a heart problem and had to be fitted with a pacemaker. Let's offer prayers for him.

Yes I read about Georg and this "cutie" business with the female Journos a swooning. I did not know other hearts are also a flutter. Something also about a contretemps in the office and a cellphone. From recollection he is a canon Lawyer (most lawyers have tidy minds) and holds a pilot's licence. Three questions for the all knowing Vaticanisti:

1) Has Georg a brain or is he a himbo?

2) Do you think BXVI will let him fly the papal chopper? "Come fly me with me, let's fly let's fly away..." Come to think of it.... not all the lyrics in that song are appropriate.

3)There are gay websites!!!!

atiyah,

Georg is no bimbo. He's a canonist at Opus Dei's Sante Croce in Rome. As for his Sintra proclivities in relation to flying papal helicopters...We think that deserves some discussion. And, yes, gay websites do exist. We implore you to please not mix Sinatra, flying, and anything gay at the same time. The results will certainly be disasterous.

The vaticanisti offer sound advice on gay websites and anything Sinatra. And anything Papal for that matter. Rocco seems more fascinated with Georg than with Papa Benedetto - - -

Great picture of Il Papa by the way -

Glad you guys are back!

Pax!

Thank you to the Vaticanisti for their wise counsel in all things. Whilst there are few things I would not do in order to secure a lengthy flight in a helicopter (or long distance to exotic locations for that matter), I concur that going aloft and engaging in a sexual romp to the music of Sinatra is tempting fait somewhat (not to mention a damn near physical impossibility in most choppers). As they say in the aviation industry, safety comes first: always check things off sequentially.

Regarding the scourge of gay websites, the fact that this disgraceful state of affairs has only now come to my attention, I can only put down to never surfing Italian websites (greasy hair, greasy food and far too much carbo). I am however righteously appalled. Accordingly I will write the Rt Hon Tony Blair MP (a post retirement Catholic) to suggest that when his Government has finished downing the websites of the islamo-fascists, it start on the gay ones, as I simply cannot conceive that there are many. In the meantime, Dear Vaticanisti rest assured, I will google with extreme caution.

I love Sinatra, flying, and gay Italian websites.

I also love Twisted Sister, penguins, and hot pockets.

Come on people...who cares if some gays like Georg. Although, I heard he cooks a mean bratwurst.
